📌What you will love about this home
Welcome to Chiang Mai and your comfortable home away from home!
Our home is conveniently located 10-15 minutes south of Chiang Mai International Airport, and a few minutes further away from all the splendors found within the walls of Chiang Mai’s Old City.
We can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and separate air conditioning.
The First Floor consists of a welcoming Entry Foyer, Living Area, Kitchen, Dining area, Ground Floor Bedroom with King Bed and private bathroom, Thai Kitchen with gas stove and 2nd refrigerator, and guest half bathroom.
The second floor has a second Living Area with a 56″ TV, a balcony overlooking the backyard, and 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom hosts a King Bed, His & Her lighted closets, a private bathroom with a rain shower, dual sinks, and a stand-alone bathtub.
Outside in the backyard, you’ll find a silky soft saltwater pool with a nearby shower, lounge chairs, a dining table with chairs, and 7 tall seats situated by counters and 2 pass-through windows into the kitchen. There’s also an outside bathroom with a shower so that pool users don’t have to go inside the house in their wet attire.
Out front, there’s covered parking for two cars, but enough room in the driveway for at least four cars. And there’s an electronic gate to secure your privacy.
For entertainment, each of the 5 TVs can access Netflix and other streaming services.
A weekly cleaning service is provided to enhance your comfort level.
📌What you will love about this neighborhood
Addresses in Thailand are a bit difficult to understand for Westerners. Spellings of many places/things differ because the Thai language doesn’t easily translate to the Western alphabet. That being said, if you care to learn more about the area where we are located, we are south of downtown Chiang Mai in an area known as Hang Dong.
A beautiful thing about the area is that it’s pretty easy to pull over in your car and pick up a super inexpensive dinner from a roadside vendor. Groceries and pharmacies can be found within a short drive, including the popular ex-pat shopping area of Kad Farong Village.
Once you get used to driving in Chiang Mai your world will surely open up. Although we’re not located in Chiang Mai’s Old City, you can put your foot on the gas pedal and get to the area for serious exploration in very little time. Ancient wats (temples) and fantastically inexpensive dining and shopping will all be right in front of you!
